1. Who we are

This website, nordilumpro.com, is operated by Alejandra González Arocas (NIF 45380509Z), Calle Canela 3, 28760 Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain, trading as Nordilum ("we", "us"). Email: info@nordilumpro.com. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Batteries are not included unless stated.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars by default, or in your local currency if you choose it. Shipping is $6.99 per order and free when you buy 3 or more gnomes. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an obviously wrong price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full.

5. Discount codes

One discount code per order. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Safety and use

Use the product as described. Keep batteries away from small children and replace them only as indicated.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photos and designs on this site belong to Nordilum or are used with permission and may not be copied without consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
