How it works
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 4–7 business days. Shipping is $6.99, or free when you buy 3 gnomes.
Not seeing any movement yet?
A brand new tracking number can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan. That is normal and it does not mean anything is wrong — the parcel is usually already on its way.
Lost the email?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at info@nordilumpro.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and we will resend your tracking number the same day.
Still stuck?
Write to info@nordilumpro.com and a human will answer. If your parcel is genuinely lost, our 30-day guarantee covers you — refund or replacement, your choice.
