Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order (shown in your local currency at checkout). Buy 3 or more gnomes and shipping is free.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in approximately 4-7 business days after they ship. During the Christmas peak, carriers can add a few extra days.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. A new tracking number can take 2-3 business days to show its first scan, which is normal. You can follow it at nordilumpro.com/pages/track-your-order.

Multiple gnomes

If you order more than one, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours if you need to change it; once the order ships we cannot redirect it.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, email info@nordilumpro.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Duties and taxes

For US orders, the price you pay at checkout is final. We cover any import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Outside the US, depending on your country, customs may charge local taxes or duties on delivery.
